High throughput methods in Life Science - acquisition and application
High-throughput methods allow the simultaneous measurement of many cellular variables, such as protein content, gene expression or cell state. They have become an integrated part of current biological research to unravel the complexity of living systems and technology is advancing at a rapid pace. This seminar is aimed at presenting the latest methods in proteomics, genomics and deep sequencing, as well as strategies to turn this data into new discoveries in biology and treatments in medicine.
