"Fluoreszent Protein Detection and Analytic on the Typhoon-Scanner"

This lecture will give you a comparison of the different fluorescent techniques on the Typhoon scanner.

According to the differences in sample load, mass, pI and hydrophobicity you should choose different 1D or 2D electrophoreses techniques. We will introduce different application like 1D SDS, 2D (Immobiline, BlueNative, 16BAC) and 3D. The goal is to discuss the pro and cons in protein analytics and protein ID.
