Proteomics
The Core Facility Proteomics applies a large variety of different analytical methods for the analysis of peptides, proteins and proteomes. The central technology is electrospray tandem mass spectrometry on-line coupled to nanoHPLC (nanoLC-MS/MS).
The main focus of the Core Facility Proteomics is the qualitative as well as quantitative analysis of post-translational modifications (PTM), especially protein phosphorylation.
We also work in close collaboration with the cooperating workgroups to finds individual solutions for specific challenges
